What Is the Great Savings Guide?

Every Caravan and Motorhome Club member receives the Great Savings Guide — a physical booklet packed with discounts on attractions, restaurants, leisure activities, and services across the UK and Europe.

It is easy to leave it in a drawer and forget about it. We made that mistake in year one. In year two, we made a point of checking it before every trip and the savings were significant.

What We Used This Year

Days out discounts — we used the guide for Chatsworth, a National Trust property, and a wildlife park, saving money we would have spent anyway.

Restaurant and café discounts — several sites near our favourite pitches had partner restaurants in the guide.

Attraction discounts — GoApe, a local farm park, and a cinema all featured in the guide during our trips.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of It

Check the guide before you book, not after. The discounts are only useful if you plan around them.

The guide is also available digitally through the Club app, so you can search by location while you are already on a trip.

Some discounts require you to show your membership card, so always carry it with you.
